Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Articles L.221-21, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at their own expense, any products that do not meet their expectations. This period begins from the day the consumer receives their order. The consumer exercises their right of withdrawal by notifying the seller of their decision to withdraw by sending the form included at the bottom of these terms and conditions before the aforementioned deadline expires. Only products returned in their entirety, in their original, complete, and undamaged packaging, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will neither be refunded, exchanged, nor returned. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for shipping and return costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer may choose to request either a refund of the amounts paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the consumer's expense. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, CAREA SANITAIRE will make every effort to refund the consumer within thirty days. The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals, not professionals. When the Client exercises their right of withdrawal by sending the products to CAREA SANITAIRE, the products must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging (or in packaging that adequately protects the product during return shipping) to the following address: CAREA SANITAIRE, ZI route d’Evron - BP10 72140 SILLE LE GUILLAUME. Please note that the Client cannot exercise their right of withdrawal if the product's wear exceeds normal wear that could result from reasonable use of the product. Similarly, the assembly of products supplied in kit form does not allow for their resale, so for these assembled products, the Client will not be able to exercise their right of withdrawal. For products that cannot be returned by post due to their nature and/or size, the Client is informed that, in accordance with current regulations, they will be responsible for return costs through a carrier. The amount of return fees is calculated based on the type of product and the distance the carrier must travel to collect the product and return it to the warehouse.
